I hate going to dealships but this visit was WOW start to finish. EVERYONE was genuinely nice. No pressure but still great salesmanship. From Paul at reception to ALL the sales staff and especially Ralph Noel and Liam (sp?), I was honestly impressed. I've been having routine maintenance done by their service dept and they too have been great. I never thought I'd say this, but they made my car shopping trip a pleasure!
Needed a body part ordered and after waiting for more than 2 months from a different Subaru Dealer, i finally gave up waiting. Subaru of Fort Myers got it in 2 days! And that's how you do business and keep customers happy!
Recently went in for some service and as usual, staff was very helpful, friendly, and completed services in minimal time. I have full faith in them and feel better knowing certified Subaru techs are working on my car. 👍
I got a new Subaru and had the pleasure of working with Vinny. He gave me no usual car salesmen hassle and let me leave without trying to pressure me and when he was able to get the price I was looking, he called me back and sold me a Subaru... It's now December of 2025, just over 7 years later, 181,000+ miles on that same Forester I bought and it's still running fantastic. I wish I still lived in FL and not PA so I could get my next one from this dealership.
What an amazing experience! I was dreading going to the dealership, but Penelope was fantastic! I had no idea what kind of car I wanted but it didn't phase Penelope. She lined up all three models I was interested in, and let me look and sit in all three. It was awesome experience!! Paul in finance was wonderful, making the finance part seem less stressful and easy. I was really happy and hope this dealer does well!!
