Sean has been a great manager for our Association. He been working hard community to reduce the cost of up maintenance and is up front about cost of maintenance. He is also working with the board change rules to help manage community.
Unresponsive, many emails and phone calls go un answered. No transparency on things they do. They will get your association in trouble.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with O'Brien Association Management has been beyond frustrating—it's been abusive, unethical, and completely out of line with their legal authority. This company is completely unprofessional, inconsistent, and plays favorites in our community. They bend or reinterpret HOA bylaws to suit their own agenda—harassing some homeowners while turning a blind eye to others doing the same thing.
