If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with O'Brien Association Management has been beyond frustrating—it's been abusive, unethical, and completely out of line with their legal authority. This company is completely unprofessional, inconsistent, and plays favorites in our community. They bend or reinterpret HOA bylaws to suit their own agenda—harassing some homeowners while turning a blind eye to others doing the same thing.
