So I got hired for this security company in 2022 or 2023 and I started off at the Browndeer location. So they start everyone off at $18 per hour which is good but EVERYTHING you deal with is not with the money. Low on funds so they make other excuses to let you go to help with budget cuts & make themselves look good. Don’t want you on your phone but expect you to use your personal device to communicate through Whats App when you make recoveries as well as use the Menard’s app as another resource, utilizing your data & space on your personal device that they are not paying for. Not one bad audit or negative feedback about this employees work from Menards’ side but Obrien’s management seem to need something to keep their sinking ship... read more
This is gonna be a lengthy review, as I was with this company for over 2 years. My initial experience with them was decent, just like a lot of Security companies I’d worked for. My manager was willing to work with me on issues I had and was fair when it came to dealing with those issues. My state manager was the most professional manager I’d ever dealt with, he fixed any issue I had promptly (As promptly as the Corporate office would allow). This firm is a joke, filled with jokers. Approached and harassed by (2) security guards after opening a (6) pack of soda in the store and drinking it, then leaving it on a piece a patio furniture. Apparently this highly skilled and trained group of professionals were unaware that whether there are (6) cans in the box or ZERO if the box is scanned and you pay for it, Its not stealing.
