Short version of this review: If you get a cheaper quote from somewhere else, go with them, don’t make the mistake of thinking O'Brien is better and end up paying more like I did and have your can ruined like they ruined my beautiful convertible 350z. Long version: I got the windscreen replaced twice from O’Brien Gregory Hills, once in 2018 which was genuine Nissan one, broke within a year or so (Obviously not O’Brien’s fault) and then got another aftermarket one from them just before Covid hit. Call centre was hopeless. Made you wait about 15 min and have to press about 5 different options to speak to someone. In the end, they refused to provide a price
