I went to this place They greeted well I was approved within three or four hours for a Bronco Sport I still get calls from them but can not decide or will decide soon The Indian guy Dheeraj I think is very communicative and so is Taylor , I may be writing their names incorrectly may be as I don’t really remember with their names I don’t know them in depth but first expression is so far so good

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My car purchase experience with O’Brians has been a complete nightmare. They sold me a faulty vehicle and washed their hands off the moment the sale was finalized. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and absolutely no care for customer satisfaction. Gur was so supportive and knowledgeable person.
They have continued to contact me with incorrect information, even putting my phone number on someone else’s account. I have respectfully explained that I do not want their services and it has continually been ignored. This has become harassment and will be reported to police. I do not recommend even exploring this business as the contact has not stopped in almost 3 years!
