Horrible experience Brady lies through his teeth, I understand salesman are supposed to be a little bit greasy, but this was a new low. Sold me a Mazda kuro turns out it wasn’t a kuro, then try to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault for not inspecting it better as if that wasn’t their mistake. Then Brady lied about my trade-in value. Overall, absolutely horrific experience would never do business here again. Ignored my requests for information about the trade-in multiple times.
I have so much proof of their lying and manipulation horrible sales people and horrible manager after getting caught selling me something that wasn’t the trim. It was supposed to be. I got a basic trim and it was supposed to be a high-end trim. They also lied about my trade-in value when trying to write the wrong, the manager was horrid to deal with and now I’m having the vehicle picked up and getting my old vehicle back because the experience has been horrible. Do not recommend this place go somewhere legit.
They took 3 months for them to contact me back after i reach outed looking for a vehicle. (after that long most would no longer have need). I have now been getting phone calls for the past year and a half now. and the past 4 phone calls they have been told to stop calling. Today was #5 DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION
