Great customer service. Wonderful family owned business.
OBR was great! I was building a small shed and needed some metal panels. I stopped in, and I'm really glad I did instead of just calling. They were more than happy to show colors and samples of the different geometries. Very friendly, and it didnt bother them that I just needed a small order. They can cut to exact size needed. They were also cheaper than other places I priced out. On your next project, stop in, they will treat you right!
Always very helpful and easy to get what I need. Go to OBR for everything.
Customer service is much to be desired, I'm having a metal building built on my site and I couldn't get the status of the material that I paid for and ordered. It seems to me that these poeple either don't care or they're very forgetful about the Customer.
