We had a full roof replacement on our 1860s end-terrace in Carnforth, along with all the trimmings — chimney work and drainpipes — and the experience was excellent from start to finish. After having a few problems with the roof leaking, we called out O'Brien Properties to give us some advice and a quote on a new roof. Ryan came round and explained everything clearly to us and within a few days we were given start dates for the work. Respectful and polite and good communication the entire way from start to finish. Honestly can't say enough about OBP and the team especially miles! Would highly recommend OBP properties. Thanks again for the great Job on our roof, and will be using you for further projects :)

Ryan came out to us in Overton, Heysham for a guttering job. Ryan arrived when he said he would and gave a free quotation for the work we wanted. We decided after getting a couple of other quotes from other companies that Ryan was by far the most professional and most clear, he went through the full process, talked about different styles of materials and the variety of costs with this. Excellent service from OBP Obrien properties! We had a small leak above our bathroom that was caused due to a fallen tile. Ryan came out the day after contacting him ( we called around 7pm ) to have a look and also repaired the roof tile while here! Very fast roof repair! We couldn’t recommend this company enough for there services and will always recommend in future to our friends and family! Thanks again Ryan! Dave

Fantastic work by Ryan and the Team! We had their services twice so far (re-roofing and repointing) and they did an impeccable job and always in time. Reliable team, very tide (like they were never here), fair prices, great communication and overall would highly recommend!
