We were delighted with the work of Ryan and his team. Ryan communicated promptly throughout, the team arrived punctually as promised and were always focused on the job (a reroof and loft flooring, with shelves). The house was carefully cleaned at the end of each day. Thanks everyone!

Absolutely fantastic experience with OBrien Properties. A great group of guys, who were friendly, kind and professional. They took the time to tell us what needed doing, explained everything each step of the way and answered any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They did a great job with the clean up and the roof looks fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

A complete new roof in winter we were apprehensive to say the least, but we need not have been We were happy with the quote and everything went so smoothly. Ryan and his team were always punctual, friendly and polite. They worked everyday come rain or. shine, cleaning up every evening before they left. We really could not recommend them highly enough - a very satisfied customer.

We recently had our full roof replaced, and I can’t recommend MW O’Brien Roofing enough. From the start, Mark was professional, transparent, and very clear about the work needed. Even though he was fully booked, he went out of his way to fit us in sooner once he saw the condition of the roof. It’s rare to find a tradesman who is both reliable and delivers exactly what they promise — Mark and his team did just that. The roof looks fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him to others.
