We had a full roof replacement on our 1860s end-terrace in Carnforth, along with all the trimmings — chimney work and drainpipes — and the experience was excellent from start to finish. After having a few problems with the roof leaking, we called out O'Brien Properties to give us some advice and a quote on a new roof. Ryan came round and explained everything clearly to us and within a few days we were given start dates for the work. Respectful and polite and good communication the entire way from start to finish. Honestly can't say enough about OBP and the team especially miles! Would highly recommend OBP properties. Thanks again for the great Job on our roof, and will be using you for further projects :)

Have used this firm before and as always proved to be reliable and competitive prices. Jobs done as per quotes, always discuss on going work. Workers are polite and leave the job clean and rubbish removed. Just had front of bungalow pointed and will use again as needed.

Great service and work from start to finish. We used OBP Obrien Properties LTD for a new roof on our conservatory, based on a recommendation from a neighbour. The work was completed as soon as the weather allowed. Ryan’s team were very professional, worked quickly on the day and tidied up well afterwards. Ryan is friendly and knowledgable, explained everything clearly, and was communicative and helpful throughout. We’re very happy with the work and would happily recommend them and use their services again.

Excellent service from OBP Obrien properties! We had a small leak above our bathroom that was caused due to a fallen tile. Ryan came out the day after contacting him ( we called around 7pm ) to have a look and also repaired the roof tile while here! Very fast roof repair! We couldn’t recommend this company enough for there services and will always recommend in future to our friends and family! Thanks again Ryan! Dave
