What a wonderful atmosphere and such welcoming staff. Chinyere took the time to personally greet me and took care of me and my families needs. We all left really enthused about our time at OBK
Love this gym! Classes are amazing, always kick my butt in a good way! Coaches are encouraging and supportive ensuring proper technique. Love that classes are different every single time I go there. Highly recommend this gym!
She helped me by showing me modified work outs and taught me what to do and improve in a positive manner and made the class fun!
