Horrid quality write-up and report. The exam and everything went well. They write the exact opposite of what you say. You will probably end up with the wrong treatment and diagnosis, just a heads up. I do not know if it is incompetence or just not caring. They are looking for a lawsuit. The trashy area as well. The only good thing is the view of the water. He was writing quickly, I bet he could not even read his handwriting.

I had an appointment at this office for an independent medical exam. I was a little confused upon arriving due to the main building looking abandoned. Once I figured out how the offices were set up inside it became more clearer. Once inside I was greeted by polite office staff and got in for my appointment right away. The doctor I saw was very professional and kind.

I had an appointment at this office for an independent medical exam. I was a little confused upon arriving due to the main building looking abandoned. Once I figured out how the offices were set up inside it became more clearer. Once inside I was greeted by polite office staff and got in for my appointment right away. The doctor I saw was very professional and kind.
