I see that this company has a D- from the BBB. My experience with the two products I have purchased has been nothing but favorable. I first started using their simple Obi110 ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) in 2011. I used it successfully with Google Voice and with Callcentric. The optional E911 service has always worked. In 2017, Google changed their interface and I purchased their upgraded Obi200, which has been in daily service ever since. It is, with Google Voice, our home phone solution
