Obie's Roofing repaired our church building roof in 2021. It began to leak that fall. I contacted them and they said it was nothing. Leaking continued and by 2023 there are multiple leaks. Now in reviewing their work It is easily seen that they simply hot mopped over a very dirty roof of dirt, twigs and other debris. It is obvious that they did not clean it. I have photographs. They will not now acknowledge their obligation to their five-year warranty.
