Only reviewing front desk and scheduling service. Was placed on a 20 min. hold twice before lines disconnected. Finally when I got someone on the phone they were able to schedule appointment. It did take about 1 hour to get it done. Ana was very good and kind. Only 2 stars because it took 40 min to get any one to help me.

Worst office staff, ever. The ultrasound tech was also rude and insinuated I was fat. Kept messing up my billing, didn't submit claims properly. Terrible experience. Dr. Desai was wonderful but going to this office was a complete disaster.
