I truly love my OB-GYN office! Dr. Osteen is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always greets me with a warm smile. I always feel like I’m in good hands with her. If I were not 34 weeks pregnant, I would find a new OB. The doctors aren’t necessarily the problem. I’m not sure who owns/profits off this practice but profits are what matter here. The patient to doctor ratio is too high for them to provide a sufficient level of care for their patients. Every appointment is 1.5 hours +, if you need assistance you leave a message for your doctor’s nurse and maybe they get back to you, maybe they don’t; despite seeing the same doctor every time, she remembers nothing about me as a patient - d... read more
Cannot recommend OBGYN Partners of Augusta enough. Crystal (who works in scheduling) and Dr. Taylor Jones are angels, and I've only had positive experiences with the other staff. Recently I had some symptoms that were very concerning to me and when I called for an appointment Crystal offered a compassionate ear and made sure I got in quickly to see Dr. Jones. My sister discovered a lump in her breast and told doctor McDonough and he brushed it off saying it was nothing to worry about. A year later she passed away from breast cancer. The immense pain she endured as well as our family could have been avoided if he took her concerns seriously. I’d suggest going elsewhere.
Just got told my Dr was rescheduling again…. However this time the scheduler was competent enough to offer the Doctor Serranos nurse as an option. I would have scheduled with her the last two reschedules if I had been told. Great job Miss Mary and thank you for doing your job with a smile.
