Just had my baby on the 15th of August & they were AMAZING ! Everybody was so nice and caring for me and my baby
The doctors that my wife has seen here are awesome! However, some of the appointment desk employees are just rude and hateful talking employees. There’s absolutely no excuse for the way they talk to people. Which sets a bad example for this doctor’s office. Their kind of behavior should not be tolerated.
Had an appt at 10:00, thought it was 10:30, called at 9:57 to ask if it was still okay to come- was told yes but when I drove 30 mins out of my way from Trenton, SC I was turned away or asked to wait for an extended period of time for a PA. It would have been extremely helpful to just be told no, so neither of our time would be wasted. I completely understand I was late, but was told I could still come. Obviously I wouldn’t have come if I would have been turned away🤣 have better office communication
Dr. Taylor Jones took really good care of me recently. She was kind, compassionate and really knows her stuff. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for an OBGYN in the Augusta area!
I’ve thought about posting a review for a few years now. While I liked Dr Serrano as a person, I went to her for hormone imbalances and she said she was comfortable treating it. Between her lack of follow-up labs (waited about 6 months for new labs), and the pharmacy she used, I have permanent bodily changes from my testosterone being raised too high (voice & hair growth, among other things).
