Ive lost 2 babies in the past 2 years. I called to set a appointment up with Dr. Parker and the lady that answered the phone was very rude! Didn't communicate and would put me on hold in the middle of me talking. I expressed to her I needed to set up a appointment asap to get my hcg levels checked and she told me I had to wait till I was further along. 0/10

Dr. MacIntosh Is always so kind it terrible that her staff isn’t held to the same expectations. The front office is horrendous. Can’t communicate every time I go I’m waiting for over an hour for the same excuse they forgot to move my chart. I’ve seen her for about 2 1/2 years and it’s been the same experience throughout. If you value your time i suggest going elsewhere.

If you plan on ever needing anything during your pregnancy don’t come here. I would give this place a zero if I could. Dr Macintosh is a very smart doctor and I like her very much but her nurses are terrible with communication. I’m diabetic and that makes me high risk. They don’t gaf. I hope they see this review bc yalls staff sucks. I’m jealous of the people that have had good experiences with them because I rly do think Macintosh is a great ob

I absolutely loved having Dr. MacIntosh as my OB for my first pregnancy. She is very thorough and kind. She answers any questions with very detailed answers. Her staff is also so incredible, definitely recommend this office!
