Thank goodness we found Jay and OBG. We had an awful experience with blood all over the passenger side of our 20 year old Toyota. Unfortunately the mess ruined the seat, but Jay was able to find a replacement (not easy with an old car). The guys also cleaned the blood from the carpet and elsewhere. Jay also helped us through the insurance process -- much of the cost was covered by our insurance company. I hope I never have anything gross happen to my car but if I did I will return to OBG!
