I called to make an appointment for my wife for Dr. Bangura. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to pick up the appointment line. When they picked up, I asked why it took so long to pick up the phone. She hung up on me. What a horrible way to treat your patient! Your phone operators are the gateway to your patients. If you don't train them to have manners, how can anyone trust your practice? I am NOT coming back to this practice!
