I just had my first visit here(I use a different vet, but they don't offer ultrasounds in house) . I took my female dogs for pregnancy ultrasounds. First off, I got stuck by the train one minute away from the office, so I called 10 minutes before my appointment to just give them a heads up. They responded by telling me if I was 10 minutes late, they could reschedule. So I was already upset when I got there at their lack of compassion. RecommendedDr. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond for our older FIV+ cat during our first visit, walking us through every option and being completely honest about possible outcomes. We will definitely be returning. We also are appreciative of Kaylie who helped us find an appointment quickly! Wonderful office, and wonderful people.
If you decide to take your animal to this vet, please watch out for a girl named Taylor Bias. She decided to post a Snapchat of my friends cat that had a piece of skin hanging from their face. Also mentioning Ear Mites. That is honestly disrespectful and I would not appreciate someone taking a video of someone’s animal and saying those things about your animal to the public. You need to do something about this, obetz animal hospital.
I took my cat here and found out she had a tumor unfortunately she had to be put down. The experience was horrible but bearable with the amazing people at this hospital! They were nice and understanding, after my cat was gone I got a card in the mail regarding to my pet and it made my day. They actually cared about my pet ❤️ amazing people! Would recommend ❤️❤️
