Very professional and knowledgeable. I was offered ozempic and it was my choice. It was not forced on me. I can understand if they don’t get back to me right away because they have so many patients to respond to. Overall it has been a very good program but I have noticed the difference since the government cutbacks with the program. I truly hope it doesn’t shut down. There is no services out there like this anywhere. People that are obese get made fun of by medical staff in hospitals, so it is very nice to talk to someone wh... read more

As mentioned below very poor communication and zero customer service skills. The receptionist is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. Good luck talking to anyone or getting a followup appointment with a doctor. They claim to have no record of my communication with them when I have proof in emails. I've requested a call back three times for the last 6 months. The person who called me back today was the most unprofessional human being I have ever had to deal with. They lie and say you didn't attend the online zoom... read more

Ozempic made me so anemic I needed an iron infusion and gave me gallstones I now need surgery for. When I contacted them saying that this wasn’t working for me, they refused to give me a follow up appointment to talk to a doctor about possible next steps. I only lost 15 lbs in 7 months and it all came back as soon as I stopped (which I had to do because of the gal... read more

Very poor management and communication. Don't expect much other than very crowded Zoom "courses". I emailed three different times with different nurses no answer. I phoned several times left messages no phone calls back. I attended the zoom classes to find me being ignored in the chats when everyone else is getting their questions answered. I stopped going because I am lactose intolerant. I do not eat processed food. I’m trying to cut back on my gluten, and I was very sick and wasn’t sure what to do. I did have a appointment... read more
