This is a very informative program that takes the blame and shame of being overweight away so the healing can begin. Too many times I have blamed myself for being overweight and internalized it to something to be ashamed of. I guess I was really brought up to believe that people that are fat are lazy. This program teaches you what is happening in your body is not your fault, but with practice it can be overcome.
I was concerned about my liver health, so I had the fibroscan exam today. I recommend the exam and also the clinic, the doctor in charge guides you on how to improve your exercising routine and eating habits, people in charge of the coordination of the scan also are great, so the overall experience was fabulous. My experience was extremely disappointing. The shipping & Recieving staff were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. The way they spoke to customers was rude and disrespectful, making an already frustrating situation much worse. Communication was poor, and it seemed like they did not know how to properly address delivery driver concerns. They should be helpful, courteous, and willing to assist, but that was not my experience. I hope management provides better training on communication and customer service ... read more
I have been calling and sending emails, leaving voice messages....NO ONE replys! I have been with this clinic for years now and I really appreciate their support, but lately seems like there is much less care for patients and specially right now after several attempts of contacting them, it is just fraustraiting. I hope they read feedbacks here
