I have been calling and sending emails, leaving voice messages....NO ONE replys! I have been with this clinic for years now and I really appreciate their support, but lately seems like there is much less care for patients and specially right now after several attempts of contacting them, it is just fraustraiting. I hope they read feedbacks here
I’ve contacted them several times and my calls have not been picked up. I have been trying to talk to my case manager or a doctor about some very serious concerns and everything is radio silent. I don’t understand how I’m able to communicate and access the services when I’m not even able to talk to anyone about anything.
