Great customer service. Always tasty.
I visited this place this week with four children to get ice cream. I ordered ice cream for the kids and didn’t realize that the kids’ cone came with two scoops. I simply told the employee woman that, if I had known, I would have ordered just one scoop. Before I even had a chance to say that I was happy to keep the two scoops anyway, she threw the ice creams into the trash right in front of me. I was shocked and didn’t even have time to react. This location is filthy. Garbage on the floor. Tables were dirty. Who knows the last time the floor was mopped. Booths need to be replaced. I remember when the front cooler was stocked and looked nice, now it's empty and covered in fingerprints. I was disgusted to have to eat inside but eating outside with 2 little ones in humid 90 degree weather wasn't an option.
