I ordered online and waited a few minutes after to come into retrieve my order. Once I walked in, there was a long line and a black guy working the counter. Great customer service. Always tasty.
I visited this place this week with four children to get ice cream. I ordered ice cream for the kids and didn’t realize that the kids’ cone came with two scoops. I simply told the employee woman that, if I had known, I would have ordered just one scoop. Before I even had a chance to say that I was happy to keep the two scoops anyway, she threw the ice creams into the trash right in front of me. I was shocked and didn’t even have time to react.
