If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. Based on what I personally witnessed, I have serious concerns about the quality of care, staff conduct, leadership oversight, and overall safety of the individuals living here. I observed multiple incidents that appeared to involve neglectful, disrespectful, and inappropriate treatment of residents.
