I love my Kindle case. Quality, beauty and protection in one!
I contacted them about getting a replacement liner for my leather mug (original got destroyed after the entire mug was run over by a car, but the leather our mug only got a few scuffs - these suckers are tough), and they wrote me back right away. Price was nice, shipping was very quick (even with a hurricane heading towards us), and the customer service was excellent. I've been trying to track down a replacement for YEARS. I highly recommend.
Wow! Ordered my first, but certainly not last, piece from Oberon Designs. So beautiful and turn around time was great. I ordered an iPad cover. This would make a great going off to college or graduation gift. Hand made and makes this girl feel a bit like royalty. ( which I definitely ain't �) I'll be ordering for gifts from them in the near future.....for myself as well as others.
My Avenue of Trees Womens Wallet came today and it is breathtaking! It came this morning and I immediately loaded it up and took it on it's maiden voyage to the post office. It is absolutely perfect and I expect to use it for at least the next 20 years. I take very good care of my things so it will probably be going strong long after 20 years. THANK YOU for the lovely craftsmanship.
While the custom purse I ordered was beyond beautiful, I have issue with the fact that while the website states that the custom fee per product is $25, I was charged $45. The printed sales invoice/order that came with the purse shows a $25 custom fee charge, but the web payment receipt shows a $45 custom fee. Called Oberon and was told that the sale invoice/order just wasn't updated. Suggest you update your website as well then. I realize that it is only $20, but it is the principal.
