I noticed a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Joel Oberman came to my home and gave a free estimate. He is experienced enough to know and tell me "you can't tell a book by it's cover". After beginning the work we learned there was far more damage than anticipated. It turns out that the original builder used sub-standard materials (no surprise to me after living there many years).
