He is a good doctor. His staff is incredibly rude. She had me so mad I will never go see him again. They are very disrespectful. I have parsonage turner sydrome and have a flair up and the nurse told me if I am in pain go find a pain doctor he can't help me. It has traveled to my hands she said oh well like I said before he is not a pain doctor. I said I am not looking for one. I am looking for answers to why. And she rudely kept saying the same thing. I told her I will find another doctor. She
This Doctor is amazing, with that said his staff is horrible and rude. I just wonder if he is aware of how his staff speaks and treats his patients. Very unprofessional and not caring at all. You can not get someone on the phone easily and forget them returning your call in a timely manner. There also is no way to contact him after hours such as a paging system. How complicated is it to answer the phone and return calls?? How complicated is it to pick up a phone and call a pharmacy.
Dr. Oberlander is extremely nice and helpful. Very willing to listen to all concerns that I may have. That being said, his nurse, Jamie, is one of the rudest and most unprofessional nurses/receptionists that I have ever had to deal with in my adult life.
