I ordered flowers for my sister's 70 birthday from the Dayton Oberer's location. I was told they would be delivered that day. However, I was sent an email at 1:45 saying they could not be delivered because the address was invalid. What actually happened is the wrong street name was written down when the order was taken. I only check my emails in the morning and didn't receive a call saying there was a problem with the delivery, so I was expecting them delivered that day. April 14, 2022 I had flowers sent from Oberer's on Troy St Dayton Oh to my sister in the hospital. As soon as the flowers were delivered to her, she called me immediately telling me how beautiful they were. She was so happy. My Son sent flowers to me for Mother's Day. Upon speaking with him on Sunday, Mother's Day - May 14, 2017, he asked me if I received the flowers he sent? He stated that the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, May 13, 2017. I LOVE OBERER'S!!! I live in the Seattle area, but I can always depend on Oberer's to deliver the most beautiful flowers and plants to my family in the Dayton area for all of the special occassions and holidays that I have not been able to be there. I have been a customer of Oberer's Flowers in Dayton, OH for many years and had never been disappointed with their customer service nor their actual flowers sent until last week. A very close friend of mine lost her brother unexpectedly and I was the designated one of 6 friends to order flowers from the group to be delivered to the funeral home for the viewing. Great customer service. – After a mix up with 2 orders and dealing with a specific manager that seemed more interested in money than service, I was able to talk with a manager that took care of the problem and has ensured I will be a repeat customer.
I used Oberer's for our wedding 11.11.2011. They did a great job. The presentation of my wedding flowers, centerpieces, bouquets etc were fantastic and every one loved them. we met with them maybe 3 times, first for a look, 2nd for a change of idea, and 3rd time we finalized all of our plans... Pricing is high compared to other places, so maybe not for those with a lower budget. Valentines Day I recently tried to send flowers to my wife for Valentine's Day using this florist. Not only were they not delivered, I was sent an email saying they tried to deliver them at 4:25. Seeing how her business does not close until 6:30, I don't see how this is possible. When I called the company they offered to upgrade the order and send it the next day which was nice, but they should have just refunded my money.
