Poor follow through. Issues identified before closing are still not rectified many months later. Significant building issues are now apparently not going to be addressed by them, but by some kind of mystery “warantee” group that isn’t responding. Their contractors messed up the HVAC which kept shorting out and failing in the winter. They weren’t responsive.
