Fantastic experience. I first found tiles I liked at Conestoga Tile in Harrisburg. When I called Fike Bros, Kim answered and what a relief to find out she would work with me! Ryan came out to my remote cabin and measured and gave the estimate. Evan and Ridge were wonderful installers to work with. They got along with my other contractors and were careful and considerate of my space. I will use Fike Bros again!
Couldn't be happier! We had put off this project to change carpet to LVP in our bedroom because of the need to move extremely heavy furniture. When Ryan came out to measure and help me get started, he assured me they would handle it just fine, and he was right! Thanks to all at Fike Bros Carpet One! Kim really knows her carpets which made it easier to decide on what type of carpet we wanted. Took us a while to finally choose so it was nice to have Kim keep in touch without rushing us and allowing us to keep samples a bit longer than normal. Installers were very professional and took much care when entering and exiting the house (constantly removing shoes)! Finished job looks great!
Kim Campbell is extremely knowledgeable-her vast experience shines! She explained the various types of carpet and padding and what options would be the best for our house. She was very patient as I tried numerous samples before finalizing my choice. She was very organized and explained how the install teams worked and stayed in touch throughout the purchase, install and even after the project was done. She also helped me coordinate a foyer tile with my new carpet and it worked out perfectly.
