From start to finish everyone was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The results were beautiful. We were especially happy with the attention to detail including cleanup.
Great experience! Kim Campbell was the BEST to work with. Very helpful, patient and great follow up. We were surprised when Kim came to our house with the crew taking measurements of the rooms we were getting carpet for in our house. I went to Fike Brothers seeking a specific product--- Marmoleum-- and had a very good experience. Kim is experienced, knowledgeable and very very helpful. She guided me through the selection of my flooring, including guiding me through the forbo website, which is extensive and not very user-friendly. I grew up with the Fike brothers Lewisburg location being Oberdorfs. The name may have changed, but there is one consistent shining star that thankfully is still there today. Kim in sales has exceeded my expectations each time my wife and I have stopped in for flooring. Whether I needed explanations about different types of flooring or my wife's particular style that required multiple visits, she has made something that is usually burdensome to husband's (with picky wives) a positive event.
