I've been told, and I know it's true, that I'm difficult for salespeople. I have too many questions, too many likes and dislikes and I change my mind too often. At 72, I don't expect to change. I have worked with Kim on several occasions with flooring and tile. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the products and the most kind and helpful person my husband and I have had the privilege of working with. She is focused, extremely professional and the very person I would seek to help with present day or any future projects. Absolutely is the best! Cathy Shaffer

Great experience dealing with Fike Bros. We were looking for a new carpet for our nursery and Kim went above and beyond to make sure we were selecting a carpet we were happy with. The installation crew did great and the price was reasonable.

We are very pleased with the result of the replacement of old tile with our beautiful updated new tile. It took a very long time for me to decide which tile to use and Kim was always patient and kind. There was never pressure to get a decision. And she was willing to come to the house to give opinions. So I can happily recommend doing business with Kim at Carpet One ( former Oberdorf's )!!
