The sales crew was very helpful, flexible and supportive. The installation crew was the best I've ever seen in my 79 years of life! Two guys worked efficiently, knowledgeably, cleanly, quickly, and in a friendly, professional manner. They were as good as it gets! We were very impressed and would certainly use them again.
We had excellent guidance and service from Kim Campbell and the staff at Fike Bros. In Lewisburg.
I highly recommend working with Fike Bros! From working with Chris Brown choosing a floor and the install guys, everything was great. The floors look amazing. There was a hiccup with our downstairs toilet when it was reinstalled and they took care of it. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of everyone.
Awesome experience with Fikes Bros in Lewisburg!! Started with salesperson Kim giving me great choices and advice on choosing carpet and vinyl flooring. The installation team of Bobbie and Steve was excellent, very responsive to questions and concerns. I wanted to do painting while the room was empty and they were able to adjust their plans to accommodate this!! Would definitely recommend the entire staff!!
As a service provider to Fike Brothers - we at Bin There Dump That Happy Valley think Brandi and the folks are great to work with...both she and the crews on site are very professional, courteous and detail oriented!
