Great experience dealing with Fike Bros. We were looking for a new carpet for our nursery and Kim went above and beyond to make sure we were selecting a carpet we were happy with. The installation crew did great and the price was reasonable.
We are very pleased with the result of the replacement of old tile with our beautiful updated new tile. It took a very long time for me to decide which tile to use and Kim was always patient and kind. There was never pressure to get a decision. And she was willing to come to the house to give opinions. So I can happily recommend doing business with Kim at Carpet One ( former Oberdorf's )!!
With a child on the way, my wife and I knew we wanted to create a soft and cozy nursery for them. We walked in together one weekend and were immediately welcomed in by Kim Campbell. The sales crew was very helpful, flexible and supportive. The installation crew was the best I've ever seen in my 79 years of life! Two guys worked efficiently, knowledgeably, cleanly, quickly, and in a friendly, professional manner. They were as good as it gets! We were very impressed and would certainly use them again.
