Dr. Obeng is a compassionate, caring doctor. He listens, explains, and follows up on your care. He never rushes you out of the office and follows up with tests results and plan of care. I have confidence in this doctor and his treatment plans, nutritional advice, and the next steps. Dr. Francis Obeng is a physician who truly cares about his patients.
Dr. Obeng has been caring for me over 10 years. He’s great. Spends time with you and really is very concerned for your health
Dr. Obengs office staff is horrible. I call in the morning and never hear back. The message says not to leave multiple messages..why? because you have to leave multiple messages to get a response! I'll most likely end up in the ER and I have no insurance, a simple phone call back could save me thousands of dollars. I dont think the doctor really has any idea how bad his staff is. Go somewhere else, to a doctors office that actually cares about peoples lives.
Dr. Obeng is a wonderful doctor in my opinion. I've been with him many years. However his office staff lacks all the qualities you'd expect with a professional doctor office. I've encountered numerous issues with getting proper and timely care as well as curtious. While I recommend the Dr I do not recommend his office or staff.
I suggest you choose another office. I think dr Obeng is a pill pusher. He tried me on farxiga which shut my kidneys down then it was tanzem which has a tumor warning. He had me on phentermine with my high bp. Besides that I was extremely sick today they had a 2 hr wait so I went to urgent care where they called alfa to get approval and they denied me twice bc I could have sat there 2 hrs waiting when I was having trouble breathing. So now I'm sitting in the er. Cold and uncaring reception lady.
