Kaneff 3575 It’s been six months and pool is closed don’t know what maintenance is going on because we don’t see any maintenance it’s summer time no pool no gym no tennis court nothing other renovation is going on but basic amenities are not provided it’s has become a jungle now no one to look after management no amenities nothing. I lived at Obelisk III for about 2–3 years and moved out around 8 months ago. While the staff was generally helpful and courteous — no issues there — my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest problem was the constant cockroach infestation in my unit. I had to submit work orders every year just to get pest control. It felt like a never-ending issue, and nothing ever fully resolved it. We've lived in this building for a long time and I can honestly say that things have improved here since the arrival of Marylou and Geof. Marylou shows genuine concern and professionalism running the day to day operations out of the main office. While Geof takes care of all the behind the scenes and maintenance issues. He is prompt, organized and skillful.
I had a tap and leakage problem, and Jeff fixed it right away after I reported the issue to management. His prompt response and efficient work resolved the problem quickly.
I have lived in this building for over 4 years since 2020 and have been highly satisfied. The new management, led by Marilou, has been excellent—always responsive and available whenever we need assistance. Thank you for your dedication, and we truly appreciate your hard work, Marilou!
