They are so knowledgeable and take time to answer even the simplest questions with grace and kindness.
I had a great experience with Naomi, the owner. After getting a piercing I went next door, after about an hour I noticed the piercing bar was too small for the swelling. She gave me new bars at no extra charge, letting me keep the smaller ones to switch out at a later time.
This is the only place I will ever go for piercings. The shop is very clean, and Naomi is a phenomenal piercer. She's done my last 3 piercings. I went in here today and was insanely nervous and she managed to calm me down so easily. They are a little pricey, but worth every penny. Piercings aren't something I would want to cut corners on. 10/10 would recommend
Walked in to get a piercing, my friend came with to get one as well. We had the lovely Abra! She was thorough, quick, and friendly. The shop was clean and inviting. Will definitely come back to get more piercings in the future.
