Today I received a surprise bouquet from my sister! From every angle the flowers are stunning. Thank you Obdam's for such a beautiful arrangement!
My friend ordered Mother's Day flowers, and over the year has had good service. Paid top dollar. 140$ for an arrangement and a 70$ one at best showed up. Huge rip-off! Super small, basic flowers. They have just lost a long time customer over this one.
I bought 12.yellow roses almost two weeks ago and they remain as robust and resplendent today as they did then. Not a hint of a dropped petal. They may be the most beautiful examples of flower I ever purchased. Gob-smacking beauty. Thanks, Obdam's and Mother Nature.
Owner was very short with me, patronizing and rude. She Hung up on me after questioning payment method. Zero customer service skills and got angry when I wasnt able to send an e-transfer right at that moment I was trying to explain I was in a public washroom as she was hanging up on me. Does not seem like a quality person to do business with. Would not attempt to try again and let people know to avoid dealing with her at all costs.
The owner Jennifer came through with short notice, creating a beautiful sympathy arrangement and delivered as promised. I should have made Obdan's my first choice! Unfortunately I was let down by one of the big 1-800 flower delivery companies, calling me the day of my delivery to tell me they were not able to deliver. I looked up Obdan's, spoke with Jennifer and she took care of the rest. What a great experience...thank you!
