I spent Valentine's at O'Banks and it was every bit as good as my favorite French restaurant in Richmond. The presentation was artful, my husband thinks it's the best chicken Marsala he's eaten (and he's eaten in many metropolitan areas). We're fortunate to have such quality in a local spot! Ordered a bottle of wine. Timely serving considering how slammed they were. I LOVE the bartender here. I trust him to choose my beer flight for me. Always a fun surprise.
