They pulled out my hair so badly I had bald spots, I even tried to switch to a different braider and still got my hair pulled out. So I’m going to warn everyone I know to not go here, and I will never be coming back.

I use to come here all the time years ago but now they are completely unreliable, I made an appointment in advance, got a text saying can we push it to 2 hours later and when I get to the shop I get a text saying she’s sick and there’s another braided available later and mind you I had someone driving me to my appointment NO THANK YOU, I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND THAT’S A PROMISE

I would never recommend this place. I had a bad experience came to braid my hair and when I got here for my appointment they made me wait for an hour. The lady who braided my hair was in a rush and I never got the braids that I wanted. I am disappointed with the service here because I paid full price for something that wasn’t worth it. The owner didn’t care and I tried to explain that I never had a problem here and he didn’t want to make it right for the customer.
