This is an honest report!! I was referred to OB/ GYN West because of issues I had over a year. I was initially excited to finally get answers to my situation. I made the appointment, took off work that day and called a day before to confirm my appointment- everything was good. I get to the clinic the day of m appointment and I am impressed with the building and decor but when I went to check in there was no appointment for me. Dr. La Plante takes the time to listen and understands your needs but she prescibed me a medicine my ins. didn't cover and the pharmacy tried and I tried for over a week with no response from her of what to do as we needed to know if she wanted to change med or what! plus she has me follow up in 2 weeks to see how meds were doing and she is to perform Surgery on me next month ? I go to Mary Laplante and she listens to you and explains everything really good. I love the fact that all doctors in this practice are women. I would recommend them to anyone.
