Great office, great staff. They treat you well. One thing that I would change is the wait time.
The operation of this place is very bad. My girlfriend comes here (I go to the appointments with her). We have never been seen on-time, ever. Always 30-60mins after the appointment start time. The doctor double books constantly. The girl behind the counter is absolutely clueless and we see people complaining to her constantly due to miscommunications and unexpected charges that would normally be covered by insurance.
