Dr.Tandon and her staff are exceptionally caring. I've been going to them for years and I feel they treat me like family,
I have been going here for a year now I love Dr. Nicole Cornelio I also saw Dr. Sandra Aupi once and I didn't have any issues with her or the staff.. Everyone is kind and attentive to my needs
The only issue Ive had is with the office manager being extremely rude to me when the pharmacy was having trouble receiving my prescription from them, she was very disrespectful. But the providers are wonderful. I see Dr. Tandon and Nicole PA and I rave about them to anyone who asks.
I called the office upon discharge from St. Vincent's Hospital. I was looking to follow up with the care they recommended I received in the next week. When I called the office Dina answered. She was very abrasive off the get. When I told her about my situation and that the ER nurse requested I call them because I was seen by Vandell and Sandra that I might have luck. I wish I didn't try.
