RecommendedWe just had our baby Jaxtyn April 16th at STL. I highly recommend Dr.Boardman and Dr.Bussewitz. Best of the best ♥️
They say they tell there patients before appts about payment but yet got short notice. Very unprofessional tell you a week from your appt that you have to pay upfront a bunch of money for delivery cost. Which is not enough time for a single mother. Some employees are very rude. Nice environment though but need to be more professional and upfront with patients. Other wise i had an okay experience.
Horrible customer service. Don’t return calls. Refusing to bill my insurance for emergency services. Do not recommend.

I would NOT recommend this provider or location at all. There are numerous reasons for this: 1) they never run on time--my average wait time was a minimum of 45 minutes, 2) I had a very bad experience-- you can see my story below, & 3) I was called to prepay for my birth while going through viability ultrasounds. We love Dr. Joy Olson. She is very personable and takes time to answer questions at each visit. She did a great job involving my husband through the pregnancy and labor/delivery process. Would definitely recommend her and the team!
I see Dr. Bemus and have put my life in his hands literally both of my pregnancies were amazing he helped me threw the whole thing I couldn't ask for a more involved honest caring doctor
