The office support staff and providers are always warm and welcoming. My provider listened to my concerns and provided excellent solutions.
This office was incredibly attentive in helping me receive the treatment I needed. Jinny was able to get me set up with an appointment immediately. After walking me through the intake process, she wanted to stay on the phone with me to make sure I received my appointment confirmation. Her genuine compassion really helped ease my stress. Dr. Wang and everyone in the office was absolutely amazing throughout my pregnancy. You get to know everyone well and they know you since you go often, particularly int he third trimester and for me due to my age. They are professional, friendly, thorough, and happy to answer your questions and ease any anxieties surrounding the pregnancy itself or birthing process. New change, repetitive signing of financial responsibly and other paperwork at front desk and before hand there is online paperwork and during the appointment as well. I think it’s ridiculous you came in to sign in then I have to sign in again at my phone is an eye roller for me. Can u guys pls do it one time!
This was the second time I saw Amira and she is amazing! Shes thorough and caring. She listens and makes you feel very much at ease and comfortable. She is definitely a great addition!
