Always late. Every time we have been here, we have had to wait over 30 minutes past our appointment time.
Just started coming here due to it being closer than my previous. Last time I had a scheduled appointment I got here early and ended up waiting over 40 minutes after my scheduled time to be called in. This morning I have an appointment and when I had called I was told to hurry up and get here on time (which I did) and here I am sitting here waiting again.
