The Front desk need to learn how to treat all patients with dignity and respect. It was my daughter's first time visiting this office and was a few minutes late. She called the office and couldn't get anyone on the phone to give her directions. When she arrived she was told sorry your late and have to reschedule. The next appt is in November. I love my OB she is amazing and the staff here is great. I can't compalin about much but it is very frustrating that their hours say until 5pm but when I call at 430pm it says the office is closed. I work until 430pm so calling to schedule an appointment which is also hard to do in the first place, especially if you are trying to schedule in the same month you're calling in, it's very difficult to even talk to an actual person.
