Terrible experience with repeated cancellations once arrived without notice.
I've mostly had good experiences with Dr. Paul, but my most recent appointment was for a common gynecological concern, and she made it very clear she was in a rush and that I wasn't her top priority at the time. I left the office unsure of what test she'd performed on me, unsure of if I needed a follow-up appointment and with many unanswered questions about my concerns. I love this office! I have received nothing but excellent care from my doctor and the nurse practitioners I have seen in the office! My doctor answers any questions I have and her assistant always calls me back when I have a question. My appointments are on time 99% of the time which is pretty amazing for an OB office. Their after hours number is awesome I have always received a call back with 15 minutes. I just don't have any complaints. I will continue to see them as long as they are there!
From my personal experience this office is only motivated by profit and the idea of "patient care" is not even implied. I recently contacted the office to see about maternity care. The only problem is I would only be in the Reno area for a 6 month assignment due to the nature of my job and then would be leaving. It doesn't mean my very expensive private insurance would pay any less. But if they weren't going to get the big "pay out" at the end...they weren't interested. Not for a single visit. The doctors are good but the receptionists are incompetent and the office manager is worthless.
