Restaurant listed as open, took my order online, took my money, restaurant was 100% closed. Phone disconnected, no recourse for refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM - I ordered pickup using the restaurant’s preferred method (captain) and received a confirmation text and email. But when I arrived at the restaurant to get my food it was closed. I tried to call to figure out what was up, but no one answered. I then tried to call every other location and no answer except for the one in Stuyvesant Heights. The staff member there gave me a manager’s number but when I called that number I got no answer. Waiting for more information.
Closed but they didn't bother to shut down online ordering.
