Update: I spoke with Brad who was very kind and apologetic about the flowers I received. He arranged delivery for a new arrangement and wow what a difference. The flowers are fresh, not broken and beautiful. I could have done without the initial experience but happy he made things right. You can see the difference in the arrangements. Responding to shops reply, it is not the wrong florist. Your phone number and florist name are on the card. My friend ordered flowers for me from 800flowers. She paid extra for same day service. They attempted service once and said they would try again same day and never did. They finally arrived 24 hours later looking half dead with broken flowers. I had a wonderful experience with Oaxaca Florist! They were quick, responsive, and offered same-day service. I called with a specific request for a bouquet featuring lavender flowers wrapped in black paper, and they were incredibly helpful in bringing my vision to life. The bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful, and my sister loved it. Excellent customer service and gorgeous flowers. I highly recommend them!
