The flowers arrived in poor condition and looked old and wilted. We contacted customer service about the issue, but it has now been over 6 days and we still haven’t received a response. Very disappointing experience, both with the quality of the flowers and the lack of customer service. For reference: the pictures are from day 1 and day 2 of the bouquet.

Update: I spoke with Brad who was very kind and apologetic about the flowers I received. He arranged delivery for a new arrangement and wow what a difference. The flowers are fresh, not broken and beautiful. I could have done without the initial experience but happy he made things right. You can see the difference in the arrangements. I would urge anyone not to use 800flowers and the like and order directly from the florist. My friend ordered flowers for me from 800flowers. She paid extra for same day service. Responding to shops reply, it is not the wrong florist. Your phone number and florist name are on the card. My friend ordered flowers for me from 800flowers. She paid extra for same day service. They attempted service once and said they would try again same day and never did. They finally arrived 24 hours later looking half dead with broken flowers.
