I received a surprise birthday delivery last week from Oaxaca Florist. Their arrangements appear beautiful online and are priced as a luxury product, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the quality of what arrived did not reflect that. The flowers themselves seemed to be on their last legs upon delivery and did not last even a full week.
