Tonight I had an issue with someone parked in front of my parking spot preventing me from parking there. Mac the guard on duty was super helpful in finding an alternative place for my vehicle until the issue was taken care of. Very satisfied with the assistance he provided
I had a very disappointing experience with OSG Security in Tacoma. Communication is poor, expectations were not met, and the level of professionalism was far below what I would expect from a security company. Not sure exactly how they are still in business

They do not patrol at all. Just sit in a parking lot all day on thier phones
not much of the place but just want to call your attention about one of your people. while waiting in line at the Eastgate P&R (route 212) for the bus to Seattle, one of your folks skips the line and goes to the very front. even getting on the bus ahead of the first person in line or sometimes the elderly. he's done this multiple times. what gives?
