Jett, our attorney was unbelievably helpful at explaining the trust process. We needed to do this and he was exemplary in helping set up a complete program to take care of things if and when we pass. Wills aren't enough, this way we avoid probate and our beneficiary has the path laid out to simplify a difficult time in her life and ours.
