Out of all oatc clinics i have dealt with , this is the worst, most disorganized office. I hate saying it. But they are not as well run as their other locations

Worst experience with one of the employee named Alisha. My husband went twice on weekend before closing time. She didn’t accept him. She always wants to close before working hours. She is so rude and does not treat patients properly. They are misconducting the patients.Need to do something. If owner or manager reads this message you should educate her. Thats the only request I want to make otherwise you guys will lose your patients because of that only employee while I appreciate the other people who works there.
Worst experience with Alisha. Worst customer service rep working in a healthcare. She doesn’t respect patients which is her duty as an employee. She wants to close the place early on weekends. She does not take patients who entered the premises before closing time. By law, it is obligated if someone enters even a minute before the closing time, they must take that patient.
