I found Dr. Howard to be very attentive to my medical needs and concerns. She has a rare combination of compassion and understanding for those who cannot afford the often high premiums and costs of medical care. She has worked with me and I know, several other individuals to develop affordable payments options while delivering exceptional preventive health services and care. I found Dr. Howard to be a very compassionate, thorough Dr. I felt she took her time , without rushing thru the appointment. She listened to my concerns , and answered most all questions I had for her! I do not have insurance and I felt that her concern for those without it was definitely obvious in the amount I payed for the appointment! She has different levels of pay depending on what your needs may be!
