I have tried a lot of different programs lately to lose weight and feel better about myself, nothing has stuck. Let me say, this is the place and the program!! Nicole was fantastic and supportive through the entire process. Not only have I reached my goal weight, I have lost more. You have to trust the process. I have changed my eating habits and feel amazing. I can't thank Oasis Wellness Center enough! You can do it! :)
The staff at Oasis Wellness are outstanding. They are knowledgeable and caring. I have been doing a wellness program, which was hands-on and they walk with you every step of the way. They make sure you are successful and help you make adjustments along the way. I highly recommend working with them.

I am so grateful I learnt about this place! I thought the only way I could get rid of my tummy fat was through lipo. Coming here, I have first hand experience that you do not have to. The body light contouring combined with a healthy diet has been giving me the body of my absolute dreams. The staff here is so supportive, kind and motivating. I commute about 40 minutes one way to get here. There is a reason why. Thanks for being awesome 🙌🏾
