glad I came back after joining twice and leaving. I was received very warmly and was made to feel welcome again. if you have stopped the program or put some the weight back come back. You will be happy you did.
RecommendedExcellent program...one you can live with for life. Dr Sloan and Diane are very motivating and knowledgeable. With their support have maintained a 37 lb loss and feel great!

I think this is a great place and opportunity to get slim and healthy.
I had not been able to lose weight for a zillion years. Dr. Sloan said eat more, not less - and move! I did and I'm very happy! Down 28 / 20 to go.
