I don't understand how this business stays in business. The owner Kenisha is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I have never had a behavioral professional act so rude nor lack so much customer service. STAY CLEAR.
I have NEVER had such terrible service. For someone that calls themselves a behavioral professional. Be careful the own Kenisha is demeaning and rude. I don't understand how someone can ask to be trusted with guidance on behavior when the way she speaks to her customers is down right sad.
I have seen Keri for years. Keri is patient, kind, empathetic, yet challenges me when I need to be challenged. Keri has helped me with my relationship with my husband, children, & most importantly she has helped grow myself. I am grateful!
