Please do not go here don’t even tour them if you’re thinking about it! Honestly, for the high rent we paid, we expected much more from this community. When we first moved in, there were ants in our bedroom closet, which was disappointing to deal with right from the beginning. The parking situation is one of the biggest problems. The community has 252 units but fewer than 100 parking spaces for the entire community. A good portion of the spaces are reserved for residents who pay an additional monthly fee, while another portion is designated as paid visitor parking. This leaves very limited free ... read more
No bad things. Team is always available. Maintenance is always good and on time . Every one keeps their areas clean and respectful. Love this place . The community is nice .
